TRACKING ORDERS

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from our courier with your tracking number. The tracking number will take you to the courier's website to track your parcel.  

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from the courier with your tracking number. 

The courier will always try to deliver items on the first attempt, this may include leaving it at the property in a safe place or with a neighbour.  
 
After the first missed delivery, the courier may try to redeliver the next working day or they will return the item back to their location and leave a card offering alternative options.  

Please report any parcel that has not been received within 30 days of the dispatch date. Failure to do so would mean that this would not qualify for investigation or enter into the claims process as per the delivery companies terms and conditions of delivery. 

REMOTE AREAS

Delivery to remote areas can take an extra 1-2 days. Local weather conditions can also affect delivery time. 
 
At this time, we ship orders to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Unfortunately we are unable to ship to Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Scottish Highlands and BFPO addresses at this time. 

DELIVERY OF MULTIPLE ITEMS

If you order more than one item, they could be dispatched from different locations and therefore arrive at different times. You will receive dispatch notifications from the courier with tracking for each individual parcel. 
 
The tracking number will take you to the courier's website to check the progress of your parcel. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

To ensure your items arrive safely and are fully covered by our UK warranty, we deliver exclusively within the UK. Please note that if a forwarding service is used to ship your order overseas, we won't be able to assist with any transit damage, delivery errors, or warranty claims once the item leaves the country. To stay fully protected and supported by our team, please keep your delivery within our UK network.
